Missoula Coyote Choir
The Missoula Coyote Choir is an auditioned singing group for kids in grades 3 - 6. Currently in its fifth year, Amy originally formed the choir in 2007 to sing on the album Ask the Planet. The Coyotes meet weekly throughout the school year and perform regularly at community events and in concert.
The music of the Missoula Coyote Choir celebrates the natural world and inspires people of all ages to care for the Earth. Every year, choir members complete a community service project designed to raise awareness about an environmental issue, such as reducing use of plastic water bottles, preserving habitat for the Canada Lynx, and eating more locally grown food.
Auditions for the 2011-12 season were held in June, and the 2011-12 season is now underway. If you know of a child who might like to participate next year, please contact Amy.
